Mr Davis has an active research programme examining the expression of endometriosis and therapeutic treatments and is involved in advances in the management of uterine fibroids. The field of minimal access surgery and reproductive medicine has undergone major changes over the last few years. Innovations and improvements in assisted reproductive technologies have increased the likelihood of fertility in many more couples. Laparoscopic surgery has opened new frontiers and allowed more effective treatment for conditions such as endometriosis.
Patients can now be treated as day cases and recovery from major surgery has been vastly improved with the use of state of the art endoscopic techniques. Mr Colin Davis is pleased to offer comprehensive obstetric and gynaecological care and support for all his patients. His advanced minimal access surgery provides modern, state of the art surgery for patients with gynaecological conditions allowing a speedy and complete recovery. His surgery is supplemented with careful scientific preoperative and postoperative analysis combined with complete follow up. Mr Davis undertakes two private operating lists on a weekly basis.
